Community Food Vouchers

Lochalsh Community Response, led by Kyle Lochalsh Community

Trust, have set up a temporary voucher scheme for locals financially impacted by Covid 19.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

Residents of Lochalsh, Kyleakin & Kylerhea who are struggling financially.

 

HOW TO ACCESS IT:

Call Lochalsh

by 4pm each Friday to have vouchers posted to you in the following week.

 

SERVICE FREQUENCY:

Weekly service but people have to request it each week.

 

 

Weekly voucher allowance per

household*

 

1 person: £20 - £25

2 persons: £30 - £35

3 persons: £40 - £45

+£5 for each additional person.

 

*We reserve the right to amend it subject to funding and availability.

Important!

Participants must agree that vouchers will not be used for the purchase of alcohol cigarettes or lottery tickets. Those who are found breaking this rule will be unable to receive any future vouchers. The Trust is not responsible for purchasing food on anyone’s behalf or ensuring that specific dietary needs are met.
